Dealing with Stress

    My name is Megan and I am part of the Summer Learning Journey team blogging with you this summer.

    You have shared some awesome ways that you calm yourself down if you ever feel stressed. I think drawing or taking a nap are both great ways to recover if you are feeling overwhelmed. However, you don't want to wake up from a nap if you still feel stressed so as long as this calms you down. Do you like to draw anything in particular? I would love to see a drawing you have put together as I love drawing as well.

    The activity has asked you to share some tips for others if they are feeling stressed as well as ways you like to destress. Could you please share with some a few tips for me to deal with stress. I will then award you full points for the activity.
