  1. Hi Araura you should know who I am. Great job on your true or false questions. I think the first question was false because Maui dolphins have only been alive since 1985 so I think there are only 55. On your second question I think you were true because they actually do because I watch this program called Wild life I think thats what it is called but thats how I knew that one. Your last one was so challenging that I did some research I dont think this is right but I think it is false because it never said different fish. BYE KEEP UP YOUR COOL AS WORK!!

  2. Hi Araura,
Well done on finishing this activity. It's sad to hear that one of our native species is endangered of becoming extinct. Also, great job collecting your facts. I had no idea that Maui's Dolphins are the smallest of all 32 dolphin species. Keep up the good work.

  3. Hi Araura,

It's Leslie here, a member of the Summer Learning Journey team. You've posted a terrific photo of the Maui Dolphin and done a good job of creating true and false facts about this beautiful animal. Good for you!

Have you ever seen a Maui dolphin yourself? It's such a shame that there are so few of them, isn't it? We human beings have had a huge impact on the world around us, more than we have understood in the past. I'm so glad that we're trying to change how we do things now. It's so very important that we live carefully on the earth so that other species aren't put at risk!!

I hope you're enjoying learning new things through this program and I hope you're enjoying the activities. Keep up your good work!!!

    Cheers,

    Leslie
