My favorite food is Creamy chicken pasta!
- Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillets diced
- 250 g penne
- 30 g butter
- 1 tsp garlic crushed
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbs cornflour
- 2 tbs milk
- 300 ml cream
Add ins
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 handful chives chopped
- 1 handful parsley
How to make
- STEP 2While pasta is cooking, melt butter in large saucepan and add garlic and chives.
- STEP 3Add chicken and stir to combine. Put lid on pan for 4 minutes.
- STEP 4Remove lid and stir chicken until just cooked.
- STEP 5Add cream and the cornflour mixed with enough milk to make a thick paste.
- STEP 6Stir continuously until sauce thickens. If too thick add a little milk.
- STEP 7Add parmesan cheese and seasoned pepper, stir.
- STEP 8When cooked, stir in parsley.
- STEP 9Drain pasta, add to chicken mix and stir until evenly coated, serve.

Thank for sharing a detailed and clear recipe for your creamy chicken pasta, I might give it a try, I want to taste how the chives enhance the flavour. It'd be cool to see how your dish turns out, maybe some pictures of the steps and served dish could be included next time. :)
There are too many delicious foods in the world for me to pick only one! I love sushi and dumplings, they’re both simple to make and real filling! My family and I like to make all sorts of variations with our own fillings. Pork, cabbage and carrot dumpling with soy and hot chilli sauce is my favourite type of dumpling. Have you tried dumplings before?

ReplyDeleteWell done on finishing this activity. Creamy chicken pasta sounds delicious. I don't think I have ever tried it before but I will have to give your recipe a go sometime. My favorite food is Pavlova and I think it is one of the best desserts in the world. Keep up the excellent work.
